Spring Revival Workshop

Embrace the Spirit of Renewal with our Enriching and Transformative Spring Revival Workshop.

As we enter more deeply into April’s eclipse season, the cosmos is alive with powerful celestial currents. This week’s partial solar eclipse opened a gateway into profound transformation and awakening. But this is not a time for manifesting rather to stay close, listen, find support and gently open up to more lightness, expansion, play and possibility.

What buds are blossoming, what is known and what wants to be known?

How can our movement and the way we transition in and out of movement guide us into a deeper level of trust within our body and within ourselves?

Join us for a three-hour journey delving into the playful and enlivening movements of this unique somatic practice, designed to awaken connections and flow from the inside out. Using the floor as your support, our sequences encourage connection to your environment and playful exploration of transitions, fostering both inner and outer awareness.

You’ll be guided through:

  • Somatic explorations that encourage cultivating new pathways for ease and efficiency in your movement.
  • Exploration of different planes of movement to help you rediscover your relationship with the ground in each dimension, highlighting and challenging movement habits along the way. You’ll observe, refine, and adapt these unconscious patterns, establishing an empowering dialogue with your body’s intelligent design.
  • Deepening your sensory awareness to stay curious, embodied and present, not automated.
  • Expanding proprioceptive presence and illuminating interconnections in the body through connections to the spine and hips out to the periphery (feet and hands).
  • Finding lightness, ease and spinal support through curiosity and play.
  • Gentle somatic enquiries to shed tensions, hydrate fascia and attune to your body’s aliveness.
  • Deep restorative rest and Yoga Nidra to close.

Like a seedling unfurling, this fluid practice is designed to be a moving meditation that comes from the inside out, defined by your own unique rhythms supported by the vibrant energies of the earth at this Spring and eclipse season time.

Here transitions become enlivening pathways illuminating your body’s mycelial-like interconnections, unveiling your essential lightness and retuning your nervous system’s receptivity, helping you to emerge revived and renewed.
