Ready to Embrace Your Wild?
A Journey of Intuitive Exploration and Embodied Wisdom
With over 20 years of experience, I weave together a rich tapestry of practices – from yoga (in it’s many forms) and somatic movement to women’s health and processwork. As a senior yoga teacher, somatic therapist, well woman yoga therapist, and doula, I approach healing through an intuitive, deeply attuned lens.
My work draws inspiration from many different somatic practices such as Feldenkrais, Body Mind Centering, The Body and Earth work of Andrea Olsen and Caryn McHose . My own eco somatic nature explorations and personal vision quest experiences. Myth, archetypal wisdom, poetry and a profound love of movement and nature. I specialise in creating transformative spaces that honour the intricate wisdom of the body, the earth, and the intuitive self.
