Services
The Services provided by allwoman are offered either via face to face sessions, remotely using Skype or Facetime or online through the various programme or course offerings.
Face to face sessions may include retreats, workshops and corporate events at third party venues or to meet the specific needs of groups and parties.
The range of services offered incorporate Lara Heppell’s skills from the range of yoga teaching practices in which she is qualified: General Hatha Yoga, Dynamic Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Mum and Baby Postnatal Yoga and Well Woman Yoga Therapy. In addition, the services may integrate different meditation, mindfulness and hypnotherapy techniques, including practices like Yoga Nidra.
The services offered may also include Well Woman advice and mentoring around aspects of women’s health and wellbeing such as hormonal health, menstrual cycle awareness and reproductive issues, as well as diet and lifestyle, Mizan Abdominal Massage, tonics and herbs and reproductive health techniques including self care massage, vaginal steaming and castor oil packs.
Mentoring and supervision services are offered to existing and trainee Yoga teachers so that issues and concerns can be discussed. Topics may include the business aspects of teaching, as well as relational, personalised coaching and support as needed by the individual.
Code of conduct for in person yoga teacher training courses
All trainees must agree to abide by the allwoman Yoga Teacher Training Code of Conduct:
- Trainees are expected to arrive promptly and be prepared for the sessions – any preparation required will be discussed beforehand.
- Trainees are expected to behave in a respectful way towards each other and teachers at all times.
- If trainees require supervision for things which are coming up emotionally during the course that they need to manage they will need to seek this outside of the course framework.
- Over the duration of the course and upon graduation trainees must endeavour to teach yoga safely, be insured to teach and hold a first aid certificate.
Insurance
Lara Heppell trading as allwoman is covered by public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance, as well as Professional Indemnity Training and Instruction Insurance from DSC Insurance. Copies are available on request.
Upon successful completion of the allwoman online Yoga Teacher Training, you will be offered insurance with DSC Insurance. However, it is your responsibility to ensure you are suitably insured and allwoman takes no responsibility for your insurance.
Use of our website
We allow access to our website on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw, restrict or change our website at any time and without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or if the content is changed or out of date.
You must treat as confidential any user identification code, password or other security feature in relation to our website. If, in our opinion, you aren’t complying with these terms of use, we have the right to disable any such code, password or feature at any time.
Age of client
We work with women over the age of 18. You must not use our website or provide us with any personal information if you are under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or process the personal information of children.
Copyright and intellectual property rights
We are the owner and controller of all the copyright and intellectual property rights for our website, the material published on it and the material provided in delivering our services. All such rights are reserved.
You must not use any part of the materials on our website for commercial purposes without a licence from us. You may not reproduce in any format (including on another website) any part of our website (including content, images, designs, look and feel) without our prior written consent.
Your use of our services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any allwoman trademark or intellectual property.

Medical disclaimer
allwoman yoga teacher training courses and classes (delivered either online, in person or one to one) contain suggestions for physical practices that may not be suitable for everyone.
We recommend you consult your doctor (and/or midwife) to assess the level of physical exertion you are capable of before beginning any of the practices contained within our online and face to face courses or classes.
As with any physical practice, those suggested within our courses and classes may result in injury. We recommend you take care not to engage in these practices if you have eaten a heavy meal in the last two hours or if unwell, in pain or suffer from an injury or medical impediment.
Lara Heppell of allwoman does not assume liability for any injury or loss suffered in connection with our online or face to face training courses or classes or one to one consultations and the instructions therein or any use thereof.
Fees, payments and refunds
You shall pay all fees in accordance with the fees and billing terms in effect at the time a fee is due and payable. We reserve the right to change products and services and pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the booking/order was made.
Face to face services
Fees must be paid at the point of booking.
Remote services and online programmes or courses
Fees must be paid at the time of purchase.
Cancellation and refund policy
Your right to cancel services purchased starts when you place your order and extends for 14 days. However, if you choose to download or access any digital content or you have received course materials by email within the 14 day cancellation period, you waive your rights to cancellation.
We will not start providing a service to you before the 14 day cancellation period has ended, unless you request us to do this. If you request a service starts straightaway, you still have the right to cancel, but you must pay for the value of the service that has been provided up to the point of cancellation. If we provide the service in full within 14 days, you waive your rights to cancellation.
If we need to cancel a face to face service you have already paid for due to illness or an unexpected event and is unable to arrange an alternative convenient time/date, you will receive a full refund of your fee.
Pricing policy
All prices on this website are in Pounds Sterling.
Security policy
When purchasing from allwoman, your card details are transmitted through a secure server using Paypal or Stripe. Card data is not retained by allwoman.
Online course time limits
The online Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course and the online Fertility Yoga Teacher Training Course must be completed within 6 months of the date of enrolment. The online Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training Course must be completed within 9 months of the date of enrolment.
Under exceptional circumstances an extension may be granted upon request. However, we levy a fee of £100 (€100, $100) to extend the completion period by 6 months.
Confidentiality
All information shared with allwoman is confidential.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied by the way you have been treated or by the tuition you have received from allwoman then you have the right to complain. We will investigate all complaints fully and fairly.
Initially, it is your responsibility to try to resolve the issue with the teacher or individual involved.
However, if you are unable to resolve the issue successfully, the next stage is to make a complaint in writing to Lara Heppell at info@all-woman.co.uk.
Lara Heppell will acknowledge your complaint in writing as soon as possible and will investigate your complaint and keep you informed at regular intervals as to how the investigation is progressing and of timescales where appropriate. You may be asked to submit further information during the course of this investigation.
When the investigation has been completed you will receive a written response that will include details of whether your complaint is being upheld or not and the reason for the decision.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our website or the use of our services.
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
