Our 6 week or 12 week Ultimate Wellbeing Support Programme is a fantastic investment if you’d like to re-energise your body, revitalise your mind and find more space and ease in your life.

Whatever stage you’re at in your life, whether you’re pregnant, a new mum, have older children or you just want some self-love, this programme can be adapted to suit your unique needs.

Through Mizan Abdominal Massage, Meditation and a wide range of Yoga styles including Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Dynamic Yoga, Well Woman Yoga Therapy, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga, we’ll work together to develop your own individual toolkit of practices that you can integrate into your daily life to support your womb health, enhance your wellbeing and improve your overall peace of mind.

What’s included

  • Full support to improve aspects of your life where changes can be made.
  • Coaching around lifestyle, diet, stress and anxiety, body issues and injury or illness to identify and achieve your goals for your body, mind and spirit.
  • An initial in-depth 2 hour 30 minute consultation where we’ll explore your wants and needs, future goals and your wellbeing journey so far before starting to create your bespoke wellbeing programme. During this session, you’ll also receive your first energy enhancing Mizan Abdominal Massage.
  • Two energy enhancing Mizan Abdominal Massage treatments within the first two weeks of the programme and then one monthly thereafter, so you’ll receive a total of three Mizan treatments during the 6 week programme and four during the 12 week programme. During these sessions, we’ll also assess whether you need support in the form of herbs, tonics or other womb/women’s health enhancing wellness measures.
  • An initial in-depth 1 hour 30 minute Yoga session where we’ll assess your movement patterns, general alignment issues and psoas muscle, discuss your overall belly, core and pelvic floor health and explore areas of your body that are in need of support.
  • Further weekly one to one Yoga sessions lasting 1 hour 15 minutes for the rest of the programme. These sessions will combine different styles of Yoga including Well Woman Yoga Therapy, Postnatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Hatha Yoga depending upon your needs. They may include a healing session of Belly Binding to aid postnatal recovery, a session focusing on the psoas muscle in your lower back and pelvis, Somatic Movement practices to help centre and realign your pelvis, a session working from the inside out to realign your body and build your inner strength, exercises to tone your deep core muscles or your pelvic floor or Restorative and healing Yoga for body, mind and soul.
  • A simple Ayurvedic Dosha assessment to help us to develop a toolkit of poses to support you in bringing your body and mind into balance.
  • Recordings of all our sessions for you to review as you develop your home practice.
  • Short home practice videos of sequences and/or handouts to support you in integrating the practices into your daily life.
  • Loan of appropriate books, CDs and other resources.
  • Referral to other wellbeing practitioners if necessary.

Your Investment


During the first week, you’ll receive your initial 2 hour 30 minute in-depth consultation including your first Mizan Abdominal Massage treatment, together with a second 1 hour 30 minute appointment later in the week for your first one to one Yoga session.

You’ll receive a combined 2 hour 30 minute Mizan and Yoga session during week 2 with further weekly 1 hour 15 minute Yoga sessions for the rest of the programme. One of which will be extended each month to 2 hours 30 minutes by an additional Mizan Abdominal Massage treatment.

You’ll also need to spend time at home doing some inner work to look at blocks or issues that may arise from the deep intensive bodywork and practices we’ll be doing together, together with carrying out self-review, reflection and self-practice to embed the practices and support you as you work towards your goals.
