A Bespoke One to One Yoga Programme Tailored to You and Your Needs

Indulge your body and soothe your mind with this 6 or 12 week pure Yoga programme.

You’ll be supported by a Yoga teacher with over ten years’ experience of many different Yoga styles including Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Dynamic Yoga, Well Woman Yoga Therapy, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga, as well as Meditation and Somatic Movement.

By the end of the programme, you’ll be confidently integrating the practices into your daily life to enhance your physical and mental health and wellbeing and support your overall peace of mind.

During this Pure Yoga Love Programme, you can focus on just Restorative Yoga or explore a range of Yoga styles, enabling you to deepen your awareness, create more inner energy and vitality and reconnect to your body.

Restorative Yoga is deep work and really is self-love in action. Using just you, your breath, your body, your brain and some bolsters, you’ll connect to you at a deeper level within the stillness, working closely with your intuition and deeper desires. It’s not for the fainthearted though. We’ll peel off the layers to reveal the essence of you; we’ll go into the woods and meet the big bad wolf!

What’s included

  • Coaching to identify areas of your life where changes might be needed and support to make those changes using yogic techniques such as breathing practices, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Mudra, Mantra and sound, as well as physical Yoga postures.
  • A review of your lifestyle, diet, stress levels, body issues, injuries and illnesses to understand how we can best work together to achieve your goals for body, mind and spirit.
  • An initial in-depth 2 hour consultation where we’ll explore your wants and needs and identify your goals for your Yoga journey. You’ll also receive your initial Yoga assessment where we’ll look at your movement patterns and areas of your body that are tight, tense or need support before starting to develop a plan for your bespoke Pure Yoga Love Programme.
  • A simple Ayurvedic Dosha assessment to help us to develop a toolkit of poses to support you in bringing your body and mind into balance.
  • Weekly one to one Yoga tuition lasting 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • Recordings of all our sessions to enable you to recap on the various techniques and develop your home practice.
  • Home practice videos of sequences and/or handouts to support you in integrating the practices into your daily life.
  • Restorative props at discounted prices.
  • Loan of appropriate books, CDs and other resources.
  • Referral to other wellbeing practitioners if necessary.

Your Investment


During the first week, you’ll receive your initial 2 hour in-depth consultation and Yoga assessment and then during each subsequent week, you’ll have a 1 hour 30 minute Yoga session with us.

You’ll need to undertake self-review and reflection at home to look at blocks and issues that arise from the work we’ll be doing together, as well as self-practice to embed the practices and support you as you work towards your goals.
