Indulge your body and soothe your mind with this 6 or 12 week pure Yoga programme.
You’ll be supported by a Yoga teacher with over ten years’ experience of many different Yoga styles including Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Dynamic Yoga, Well Woman Yoga Therapy, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga, as well as Meditation and Somatic Movement.
By the end of the programme, you’ll be confidently integrating the practices into your daily life to enhance your physical and mental health and wellbeing and support your overall peace of mind.
During this Pure Yoga Love Programme, you can focus on just Restorative Yoga or explore a range of Yoga styles, enabling you to deepen your awareness, create more inner energy and vitality and reconnect to your body.
Restorative Yoga is deep work and really is self-love in action. Using just you, your breath, your body, your brain and some bolsters, you’ll connect to you at a deeper level within the stillness, working closely with your intuition and deeper desires. It’s not for the fainthearted though. We’ll peel off the layers to reveal the essence of you; we’ll go into the woods and meet the big bad wolf!
During the first week, you’ll receive your initial 2 hour in-depth consultation and Yoga assessment and then during each subsequent week, you’ll have a 1 hour 30 minute Yoga session with us.
You’ll need to undertake self-review and reflection at home to look at blocks and issues that arise from the work we’ll be doing together, as well as self-practice to embed the practices and support you as you work towards your goals.
