At whatever stage you are in your life, during our One to One Woman-to-Woman Support sessions, we take a holistic view of your whole life and work with you to develop one to one sessions to help you to improve your life.

We’ll cover whatever you need, from Well Woman Yoga Therapy and women’s wellness mentoring to menstrual cycle awareness and womb health support to optimise your fertility, balance and overall wellbeing.

If you need a boost, want to learn new Meditation, Yoga or Somatic Movement practices or just want a taste of what allwoman has to offer, our One to One Woman-to-Woman Support is ideal. During your one to one sessions, we’ll talk you through simple practices, including physical poses, meditations, and visualisations aimed at helping you to create a deep connection inside, cultivating Bhavna or feeling tone, that will enhance your self-awareness, inviting you to move freely with the breath to create balance and develop tone in your body.

If you’re pregnant or have recently had your baby, think of this service as your allwoman virtual prenatal and postnatal Doula service. With around ten years’ experience of teaching Pregnancy Yoga and three years’ experience of being a Doula, we can support you with birth preparation, birth challenges and birth preferences and help you with queries about your rights during labour. We’ll focus on the practical skills too, such as breathing or Yoga. Our one to one sessions can also now incorporate Hypno Yoga for birth techniques.

With 12 years teaching experience and 20 years Yoga practice experience, we work therapeutically on a one to one basis to support a range of issues including hip and back problems, knee issues, psoas issues, prolapse, diastastis recti, arthritis, stress, anxiety, depression, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, fertility, endometriosis and polycystic ovaries, menopause and perimenopause, tinnitus, cancer, bereavement, adrenal issues and chronic fatigue, miscarriage and carpal tunnel syndrome.

We also offer one to one Yoga sessions to other teachers looking to expand their Yoga knowledge, learn some new techniques or expand their teaching repertoire.

These sessions are a safe place for you to discuss any issues you may have and receive advice and guidance.

Our One to One Woman-to-Woman sessions work best when they are booked as a series where we’ll work through your goals for your Yoga practice or womb health. However, they can be booked individually.

What’s included

  • An initial 1 hour 30 minute Yoga session including in-depth movement analysis to identify problem areas of your body and alignment issues and discussion about your health and wellbeing goals.
  • Follow-up sessions can be for 1 hour, 1 hour 30 minutes or 2 hours depending upon your needs.
