Complaints procedure

If you are not satisfied by the way you have been treated or by the tuition you have received from allwoman then you have the right to complain. We will investigate all complaints fully and fairly.

Initially, it is your responsibility to try to resolve the issue with the teacher or individual involved.

However, if you are unable to resolve the issue successfully, the next stage is to make a complaint in writing to Lara Heppell at or 21 Nunroyd Road, Leeds, LS17 6PH.

Lara Heppell will acknowledge your complaint in writing as soon as possible and will investigate your complaint and keep you informed at regular intervals as to how the investigation is progressing and of timescales where appropriate. You may be asked to submit further information during the course of this investigation.

When the investigation has been completed you will receive a written response that will include details of whether your complaint is being upheld or not and the reason for the decision.
