Celebrate your heart/womb connection with our bespoke one to one womb health awareness programme, providing balance, harmony and wise woman insight and helping you develop a deeper connection to your inner womb wisdom and your uniquely feminine self.

We’ve designed this 8 or 12 week programme to give balance and harmony to all women, whether you’re experiencing a menstrual cycle or not. You’ll step into a place of power and knowledge where you can work with, rather than against, your feminine ebbs and flows of cyclical energy to optimise your health, wellbeing and self-awareness, nourishing and nurturing yourself in your daily life.

Every woman is different, so we’ll work with you to get really clear about your real desires for your wellbeing and womb health before creating a therapeutic programme to meet your unique needs and the time you have to dedicate to your health and wellbeing outside our sessions together, helping you to move from feeling less than optimal and a little disconnected from your womb to being brighter, more vibrant, knowledgeable and connected.

You’ll develop a toolkit of feminine wellbeing practices to support your health and wellbeing through massage, breathing and yogic practices and improved self-care.

The therapeutic services we offer within this programme include rebalancing and centring Mizan Abdominal Massage and/or womb focused Yoga, together with herbs and tonics for womb health, coaching and mentoring around diet, lifestyle and hormonal concerns and cycle awareness.

What’s included

  • During your initial in-depth 2 hour consultation we’ll discuss your health and wellbeing, your wants and needs, your goals and your journey so far before starting to create your bespoke Wise Woman Support Programme, taking into consideration the time you have to commit to the programme and your budget.
  • After our first session, there’s a one week break when together we’ll put together the content of your 8 or 12 week programme and you’ll receive your Womb Wellness Prescription. And then our 8 or 12 week journey begins and we start our weekly therapeutic one to one sessions.
  • A simple Ayurvedic Dosha assessment at your initial consultation will help us develop your individualised toolkit of practices to bring body and mind into balance.
  • You’ll also receive 1 hour Wise Woman contact sessions every two weeks where you’ll benefit from some dedicated time outside your therapeutic Yoga or Mizan Massage treatments to connect and discuss your progress, issues and concerns. No subject is taboo.
  • You’ll learn breathing and Meditation techniques, simple yogic tools and ancient women’s health practices and develop a toolkit of self-care techniques.
  • If appropriate, you’ll receive training in self-care massage techniques to reduce tension in your womb and belly areas and help with both the positioning of your womb and internal balance, together with heart and uterus connection techniques and breathing practices to deepen your connection to your womb.
  • Recordings of all our sessions together or details of poses as appropriate will help you to recap on the various techniques at home.
  • Home practice videos of sequences and/or handouts will support you in integrating the practices into your daily life.
  • Advice on enhancing your womb health, developing your menstrual cycle and moon cycle awareness, using vaginal steaming and charting your cycles.
  • A workbook for charting your cycle, cycle charting graphs and dream mapping tools.
  • Loan of appropriate books, CDs and other resources.
  • Mentoring in areas such as your lifestyle, diet, cycle awareness, stress levels, body issues and injuries or illness to help you to achieve your goals for your body, mind and spirit.
  • Coaching to develop a deeper connection to your cycle and womb, so you can move through life more effectively with the natural ebbs and flows of your changing energy patterns.
  • Referral to other wellbeing practitioners if appropriate.
  • If you choose Mizan Abdominal Massage only, you’ll receive six 1 hour 15 minute rebalancing and centring treatments. You’ll take three Massages as close to the end of your cycle as possible or during the first two weeks of the programme if you no longer have a menstrual cycle, with the final three treatments being taken monthly thereafter. During these treatments, we’ll also assess whether you need support in the form of herbs, tonics or other womb/women’s health enhancing wellness measures.
  • If you choose to combine Mizan Abdominal Massage with Yoga, you’ll receive three releasing and energy enhancing Mizan Abdominal Massage treatments lasting 1 hour 15 minutes, which will be taken as close to the end of menses as possible or for those not cycling within week two, with the other two treatments being taken monthly thereafter. During these treatments, we’ll also assess whether you need support in the form of herbs, tonics or other womb/women’s health enhancing wellness measures.
  • If Yoga is included within your programme, you’ll receive weekly one to one yoga tuition lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes with each session being built around your unique needs and consisting of different styles of Yoga such as Well Woman (Womb) Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Somatic Movement and other supportive yogic tools including Yoga Nidra practices, Mudra, Mantra and Meditation.

Your Investment

Your investment will vary depending on the therapeutic treatments you choose – Mizan Massage on its own , Yoga on its own or a magical combination of the two.

Time:

Mizan Abdominal Massage only option

Your total time commitment for this programme will be 2 hours initially, followed by 2.5 hours weekly whenever you receive your Mizan Abdominal Massage treatments and the Wise Woman contact calls.

You also receive a complimentary 30 minute follow up call four weeks after the programme finishes to see how things are going now the programme support has finished.

You’ll also need to carry out some self-discovery work and self-practice of the techniques at home and commit to some inner work to look at blocks and issues that may arise from the work we’ll be doing together.

Yoga only option

Your total time commitment for this programme will be 2 hours initially followed by weekly 1 hour 15 minute one to one Yoga practice. Every other week, you’ll also have your 1 hour Skype contact call, so you’ll need to commit to a total of 2 hours 15 minutes in all.

You also receive a complimentary 30 minute follow up call four weeks after the programme to see how things are going.

You’ll also need to reflect and practice at home to embed the practices and support you as you work towards your goals.

Mizan Abdominal Massage and Yoga combined option

Your time commitment for this programme will be 2 hours initially with 1 hour 15 minute Yoga sessions each week thereafter, which will be combined with your Mizan Abdominal Massage treatments during appropriate weeks, making your session 2 hours 30 minutes during these weeks. Every other week, you’ll also need you commit to a 1 hour Skype contact call.

You also receive a complimentary 30 minute follow up call four weeks after the programme to see how things are going now the programme support has finished.

At home, you’ll also need to carry out review and reflection work and self-practice, as well as some inner work to look at blocks or issues that may arise from the deep intensive bodywork and practices we’ll be doing together.

Cost:

Due to the very bespoke nature of this programme, prices will vary depending on what you choose.

To give you an idea, prices range from £750 for an 8 week Mizan Abdominal Massage only programme to £1,500 for a magical combined Mizan Abdominal Massage and Yoga programme.

That’s from as little as £375 to £500 monthly.
