Our 6 week or 12 week Ultimate Wellbeing Support Programme is a fantastic investment if you’d like to re-energise your body, revitalise your mind and find more space and ease in your life.
Whatever stage you’re at in your life, whether you’re pregnant, a new mum, have older children or you just want some self-love, this programme can be adapted to suit your unique needs.
Through Mizan Abdominal Massage, Meditation and a wide range of Yoga styles including Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Dynamic Yoga, Well Woman Yoga Therapy, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga, we’ll work together to develop your own individual toolkit of practices that you can integrate into your daily life to support your womb health, enhance your wellbeing and improve your overall peace of mind.
During the first week, you’ll receive your initial 2 hour 30 minute in-depth consultation including your first Mizan Abdominal Massage treatment, together with a second 1 hour 30 minute appointment later in the week for your first one to one Yoga session.
You’ll receive a combined 2 hour 30 minute Mizan and Yoga session during week 2 with further weekly 1 hour 15 minute Yoga sessions for the rest of the programme. One of which will be extended each month to 2 hours 30 minutes by an additional Mizan Abdominal Massage treatment.
You’ll also need to spend time at home doing some inner work to look at blocks or issues that may arise from the deep intensive bodywork and practices we’ll be doing together, together with carrying out self-review, reflection and self-practice to embed the practices and support you as you work towards your goals.
